Pumpkin Pancakes

The smell of pumpkin pancakes in the morning are sure to put a smile 2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 3/4 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts; optional 

 

Mix all ingredients well, and cook on hot griddle until golden brown. Makes 2 1/2 dozen 4 inch pancakes.
